Prediction Disclaimer

Predictions, BET/RISK/SKIP labels, confidence scores, odds notes, staking ideas and model history are not guarantees. They are not personal financial advice, legal advice or a direction to bet. Past performance, historical accuracy and backtested results do not guarantee future outcomes.

You are responsible for deciding whether to bet, where to bet, how much to stake and whether the information is suitable for your situation. Markets, team news, injuries, weather, prices and liquidity can change after Punters Edge publishes a signal.

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Paid access is billed monthly in Australian dollars through Stripe. Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Subscription access continues until cancelled or until payment fails.

Members can manage billing, payment methods, invoices and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal from the account menu. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Punters Edge does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including rights that may apply if a paid service has a major problem or is not supplied with due care and skill.

Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed, but statutory consumer guarantees continue to apply.

Privacy

Punters Edge may collect account email addresses, login/session data, Stripe customer and subscription status, support messages, push notification subscription data, usage analytics, device/browser metadata and service logs needed to operate and secure the product.

Personal information is used to provide access, process payments, send requested alerts, improve reliability, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Punters Edge.

Users can request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, legal compliance or dispute handling.

Alerts and Marketing Consent

Prediction alerts and push notifications are sent only where a user enables them or maintains an active subscription setting. Users can disable push notifications in the app or browser settings.

Any future marketing email, SMS or push campaign must identify Punters Edge, be sent with consent and include a working unsubscribe or opt-out method.

Affiliate and Promotion Disclosure

Punters Edge does not currently disclose any bookmaker affiliate relationship on this page. If affiliate links, bookmaker offers, sponsored placements or commission-based promotions are added, they must be clearly labelled near the relevant link or offer.

Punters Edge should not promote illegal offshore gambling services to Australian users.

Data, Odds and Model Transparency

Model outputs can rely on third-party data, historical records, scraped or imported schedules, manually saved odds, live-market snapshots and internally generated calculations. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Odds and prices shown in the app may no longer be available by the time a user views them. Where timestamps, market sources or model notes are displayed, users should treat them as part of the signal context rather than as a promise of availability.

Acceptable Use

Users must not scrape, resell, republish, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls or use Punters Edge in a way that harms the service or other users. Access can be suspended for abuse, payment failure, misuse or security risk.
